Ms. Lindsay, Director
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Science with a concentration in Family Services
I have been in the early childhood education field since 2013. I started with the La Petite in New Lenox in 2015, but took a little time to raise my boys. I have worked with children from birth to school age. I am committed making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and work with our staff to create a warm, inspiring environment.

Ms. Michelle, Assistant Director
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Infant Toddler Studies and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
I have more than 15 years of experience in the early childhood education field. Most of which I have spent as a DCFS licensed family child care owner/provider in my home. I have developed a wealth of knowledge in the early childhood education field through my past experience, education and professional development. I have enjoyed assisting children ages 6 weeks to school-age in all areas of development, as well as forming a bonds with their families.

My name is Kayla and I am the Administrative Assistant at La Petite Academy in Plainfield. I have been working for La Petite since 2007. Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of working with multiple age groups and different classrooms, in addition to working as the Team Lead and Assistant Director. I take pride in ensuring an educational, fun, and safe environment for children of all ages to learn and grow.

Education: Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
I have worked in early childhood since 2015. I have experience with multiple age groups ranging from toddlers through prekindergarten. Before starting in early childhood I was a substitute teacher for elementary schools. My substantial amount of experience has provided me with the tools to support our staff in order to implement a well rounded program.
