Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy in Chesapeake, VA. We are an educational childcare facility that is both licensed by the state of Virginia and nationally accredited by NECPA. We have a staff of seasoned teachers with more than 100 years of combined experience.

Our school offers Infant Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and other early education options, including a Before- and After-school program for your School-Age child! We provide transportation to the following schools: B.M. Williams, Crestwood, Georgetown Primary, Greenbrier Primary, and Greenbrier Intermediate. We are conveniently located on Volvo Parkway, right off of Battlefield Blvd.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy

Certifications: M.A.T Certified, First Aid & CPR, Health & Safety Training, Food Manager

I have 12 years of child care experience. I am an advocate of lifelong learning and consider it a privilege and honor to be able to sow the first seeds into our next generation. I take pride in my role as the center director and love being a big part of the community we have here at La Petite Academy.
