Welcome to Our School

As academy director, I'd like to personally welcome you to our La Petite Academy educational center in Virginia Beach, VA. My name is Trae Moore and at La Petite Academy, our Infant child care through School Age programs provide a great foundation for learning and child development.

All our teachers receive monthly training as well as ongoing training throughout the year. At least half of our staff here in Virginia Beach have worked here for more than five years and we have some teachers who have been here for 20 years or more. Our teachers are truly connected to each and every child and they build long-lasting relationships with our families.

I have a total of 15 years of experience in the management and early childhood education field. I have always had a passion for working with children and am very fortunate to have the opportunity to create a fun and safe learning environment where each child can grow and meet their own individual developmental milestones.
