Thank you for visiting La Petite Academy educational daycare in Tampa, FL! My name is Carol Martinez and I am the director. I started with La Petite Academy in 2011 and have my Bachelors in Education.

Our academy, which was established in 1986, provides both Infant Care and Preschool programs and is deeply rooted in our community. We are accredited by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation, which means that the standards we follow are higher than the State of Florida's Child Daycare Licensing Standards.

We have an outstanding staff that is dedicated to our children and families. Most of our teachers have more than 10 years of teaching experience.

Give Your Child a Great Start With VPK

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a free daily, 4-hour program that includes breakfast and lunch, with the option of extended wrap care. Welcome Everyone! My name is Carol Martinez and I have been with the Learning Care Group for going on 10 years all together. I truly love my job here at La Petite of Regents Park. I took over the position as Director in April 2021 and truly feel at home! I look forward to many years of growing with the students and staff here.

My name is Dianelys Alonso. I was born and raised in Cuba. I have been with Learning Care Group for 13 years working with children of all ages. I am a mother of two beautiful children. i have my bachelors in Civil Engineering. I love working with children because I love to watch them grow. I also love taking the time to learn and grow with them.
