Giving Back to Our Communities

Kindness and empathy are among the most important lessons we teach every day. We strive to model for our children how to become engaged citizens who have a positive impact on the communities around them, and even the world!

Serving our community is a key component of what we do and who we are. At the local level, our school teams engage with the community in many ways, such as supporting the “Toys for Tots” program; organizing food and clothing drives; hosting dental and vision clinics; and providing children’s artwork to use in hospital locations for a personal touch.

Caring For Those Who Care

We’re also here to take care of our own. The LCG iCare Foundation was established to support dedicated team members through short-term financial assistance should they experience severe hardships and/or emergencies, including natural disaster, fire, domestic abuse, funeral costs, and eviction prevention.

Our foundation was inspired by the passion and good wishes of our employees to reach out to those in need—that are also closest to home. Team members contribute in many ways, such as a regular payroll deduction. Want to learn more? Visit the iCare Foundation.
