The new year is a perfect time to reflect on all of our past accomplishments, as well as identify new ways to make positive changes for the future. Many adults make new year’s resolutions, but it’s also important for children to reflect on the milestones they met in 2014 and identify their own goals for 2015. Here, we have provided two “New Year’s Resolution” worksheets for your little ones to fill out and sign!
For younger children, print out the sheet on the left and work with them to fill in the blanks as they reveal what they want to learn, see and do in the new year.
Older children will have more freedom when they fill out the worksheet on the right. Discuss with them what they want to accomplish in 2015 and have them write their objectives down. Place completed sheets on the refrigerator door, their bedroom desk, or anywhere in the open so they have constant motivation to fulfill their new year’s resolution!
From our family to yours, we wish you a very Happy New Year!
