Welcome to La Petite Academy daycare and preschool in Albuquerque, NM. My name is Amber and I'm the school director. Our school holds a five star rating with the State of NM and we are nationally accredited through NAEYC.

We provide an environment for children that is nurturing, educational and fun. Our curriculum is individualized to each child's needs and sets them on a School Readiness Pathway from Infancy through Pre-Kindergarten.

This location has been the best. I love the security and safety of the school. The staff is welcoming and caring to both me and my daughter. The app we use to see how she is doing is updated though out the day and the relationship between parents and teachers is outstanding. Plus the location is just 10 minutes away from my work. Great teachers - Sofia, Kara, and especially Brooke are all so warm and caring, and show a genuine interest in our daughter. We know she is safe and well taken care of.

Education: CDA, NAC, High School Diploma, AA in Multicultural Early Childhood Education

Certifications: 45 Child Development, CPR, First Aid, Early Childhood Administration

I have worked and cared for children since I was in high school. I truly enjoy seeing how they grow and learn new skills. In my free time, I like to hang out with my dog and friends. I also love to play board games and watch movies.
