Welcome to Our School

Welcome to La Petite Academy educational daycare in Cypress, TX, a Northwest suburb of Houston. We are in between Huffmeister and Telge road off of 290. My name is Kimberly and I am the Academy Director. I have been in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 10 years.

In addition to providing superior local Infant and Toddler care, our Early Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and School-Age options offer the best early education in the Cypress community. We also service, Lampkin, Adams, and Milsap Elementary schools.

Our academy has an open-door policy to foster strong bonds between staff and families. Our teachers are professional, consistent and long-term with more than 70 years of combined experience.

I love that they have learning time for my pre-k child even though he goes to school in the am and comes back in the afternoon; he can still get his education at both places school and daycare. I have experience working in childcare for over 10 years and I've worked with all age groups from Infants-School-Age. Working with children of all ages has been such a rewarding experience, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them to thrive in. I take great pride in supporting our amazing team and ensuring that every child gets the best care possible.

I have five years of experience working with all age groups. I have a CDA in the Infant/Toddler Program and I am Director Certified. I am experienced in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and thrive. Whether it's playing educational games, engaging in outdoor activities, or helping with schoolwork, I am dedicated to providing a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for each child in my care.
