Welcome to La Petite Academy in South Fort Worth, TX, near I-20 and Forest Hill Dr.! Our school was established in 1978 and has been providing children with a supportive environment in which to grow, play and learn.
My name is Sylvia Dougharty,
I create a warm and welcoming environment and maintain an open-door policy. Our wonderful teaching staff participates in training throughout the year.

I've had a passion for children since I was 17 years old. I started as a teacher then quickly promoted to an Asst. Director, After college I excepted the Director position. I enjoy the daily life of all our children here, and everyday is a new experience. I'm easy to talk to and ready to listen.
