Welcome to Our School
Welcome to La Petite Academy daycare and preschool in Palmdale, CA. We offer Infant Care and Preschool programs, as well as other age-specific programs including after-school care. My name is Jeana and I am the School Director. I have more than 60 college units with a focus in child development and 30 years of experience.
My staff and I strive to create an educational environment in which the children feel welcome, safe and secure. We serve the Palmdale Community for our Preschool children and the Eastside (eight schools) and the Westside (Summerwind) Communities for our School-Age children (Kindergarten through 5th grade). We have full- and part-time schedules and even a drop-in care option.
We are excited to offer new technology in our School-Age classroom. Enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music and videos, tripods for moviemaking, robots for coding, a new gaming system and a secure WiFi network for homework.
Our school focuses on the safety of each child in our care and our building remains locked throughout the entire day. We monitor who comes through our front door during hours of operation and a member of management is always present.
